🛠️ Order Processing Time
We handcraft every item after your payment is confirmed — nothing is mass-produced or stored in a warehouse.
⏱️ Processing times:
- Small orders (1–5 items): typically ship within 2–3 business days
- Wholesale orders (Reseller Edition – 100 units): please allow 3–5 business days for processing
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are not shipped the same day they’re placed.
For example, if you place an order on Monday, it will typically ship between Wednesday and Friday, depending on the size.
⚠️ Your processing time may be delayed if:
- Payment is incomplete or flagged
- The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete
- Product info provided requires clarification
We’ll contact you if anything needs to be verified before we ship.
📦 Estimated Shipping Time (U.S. Only)
We currently only ship within the United States. Estimated delivery is:

Shipping speed depends on your location and the postal service at the time.
🔍 Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number on your order status page and via email.
You can click directly on it to follow your package.
📬 Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to appear on USPS or carrier websites.
📄 Packing Slips & Delivery Note
All orders are shipped with a packing slip. Please verify:
- Your name and address
- That the contents match what you ordered
- Note any box damage in case of discrepancies

During peak holiday seasons (especially December), shipping times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your understanding as carriers and handmade order volume increase.
