By placing an order on our site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms:
❌ Returns
Because our products are made to order and in small batches, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or we made a clear mistake (e.g., wrong item sent or damaged during shipping).
If this happens, please contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with clear evidence (photos and, if possible, an unboxing video). Once the issue is confirmed, we will either send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.
✅ Refunds (when applicable)
Refunds will only be issued in the following situations:
- Wrong or damaged items
- You must provide clear images and the shipping label
- In most cases, you will not need to return the item
- Lost packages
- If your package is lost in transit, we’ll happily replace it
- If you prefer a refund, we must wait 15 days from the shipping date to confirm it hasn’t been delivered
- Order cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it
- If cancelled within the first hour: 100% refund
- If cancelled after 1 hour but within 6 hours: 70% refund (a processing fee of 30% applies)
ℹ️ Additional Information
- We do not offer refunds due to subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., color expectations, personal taste, perceived size). Each product is clearly described with photos and measurements.
- We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or failed deliveries due to unavailable recipients.
